Hunter Removals take security seriously on behalf of all our Customers.

Most customers who book a removalist do this by the internet, or you are referred by a friend or family member, or a friend of a friend. More than likely you don't know the removaIist at all. But you are willing to give your household possessions ( that you have worked hard all your life to acquire) to them to place in their truck and also pay them on uplift to take your possessions to your home. Sometimes it could be around the comer or to another state.

As a Removalist, we are in a position of trust, as we have all your furniture and also your money and you don't really know us. . .

At Greater Hunter Removals, when we arrive at your property, you will be presented - on company letterhead paper - a detailed list of the driver and off-sider names, drivers licence numbers, as well as a picture of the driver and off-sider who will be doing your removal.

You will also have the registration number of the truck and trailer and full description of the truck doing your removal. (All our trucks have highly visible signwriting.)

Also included will be mobile telephone numbers so you may, if you wish, contact the truck on its journey to your new location.

Plus . . .

We don't ask for payment until everything is delivered. As you hear so many horror stories in the press on removal companies, we have decided that because you are trusting us with your furniture, we will trust you for payment.

Greater Hunter Removals take pride and treat your furniture as if it was our own. And remember that the same crew and truck that picked up your furniture is the same crew and truck that will deliver it to your new home. We don't transfer or change trucks along the road.

And we don't sub-contract our work out.
